If you lose your account for using scripts, there will be NO PETITIONS asking Zynga to bring your account back!
This is a fair-play policy.

BOOKMARKLETS

Zynga: "bookmarklets such as switch, multigift and the like? you can use them, but we won't provide support for them, if you use them in a way that would cause you to look like a bot, our system may flag you."

Switch Profile and Multi-Gifting are the 2 main ones that was asked for their return, and they have no problem with these.

LOOT in MOSCOW BEING FIXED
"Moscow's job loot is hard to get on purpose."
Moscow's fight loot is broken and we are actively working to fix it again

ROBBING:
Zynga: "we actually had to take robbing down for multiple reasons, including game server health. we are still planning on bringing it back, but as you can see we want to clean up the bugs first, in fact i'd love to hear ideas for making it better. We will Beta the Robbing feature before it goes live and let you guys playtest it."

RACKETS:
Zynga: "We have wanted to make the Property and Economy part of the game more interactive and fun, so we had been testing a new way to make money. We often do small, slow rollouts of features to see if we have them right. In this case we decided not to give it to everyone for a lot of reasons.

We have heard that several major clans such as LCN and other have talked directly to Zynga developers via a chatroom. Here are the results according to MPC clan:

THERE IS NO FEAR OF LOSING MAFIA WARS on the 20th!!

Zynga: "Will meet the deadline. We busted our butts to get into compliance over the last couple of weeks.

-FB/MW IDs are going to be returned to the way they were.
Zynga: " the fight IDs not working is an unintended bug that happened with our preformance upgrades. We actively working to get them fixed. we never wanted to break that manner of playing or fighting. we actually think the clan fighting is pretty cool and want to make it easier in the new year.

We only offer that promo for a limited time to total newbies. we do have a program in place for people that want to wire in money that comes with a discount". (This new method helps prevent chargebacks from ceditcards/PayPal). "$500 is the minimum. Hassle on our end and player's end but safe against fraud."

"New player discount is for the first time buyers.. once they buy they dont get the same discount anymore.. its a promotion to get new players to consider buying and supporting the game."

Q: Is any kind of in-game clan warfare management feature being cosidered?
A: Yes. Clan visibility and improving fighting is a big part of our feature plan for the next 3 months.

Zynga: " I would like to have one where i just get ideas for better tools for war. With clan warfare, the tools you use are pretty effient already.. we dont want to give you 1/2 assed versions of what you already use."

Zynga: "One thing that I would like to dispel, repeatedly reporting a user for harassment will not cause us to ban them. I know some clans think they can use this as a tactic to win wars. Repeatedly reporting false harassment will just decrease an account's ability to have their tickets responded to."
